Sassy Peacock offers a flat rate of $8.00 on USPS shipping and FREE SHIPPING to all orders over $100 to the continental U.S.
After the order has been place, orders will be processed within 3 days. All orders are shipped out of Vestavia Hills, Alabama and will typically arrive between 5-7 business days after being processed, depending on your location. If you would like for your package to be expedited, please pay for the Priority Mail Express shipping which will ship out the same or next day after your order has been placed.
Priority Mail Express shipping option is $25. If you have selected this option then your order will be processed faster and will arrive between 2-3 business days.
Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed. So please double check your shipping address. Once the order has been ship, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address.
**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT, YOU NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE OR CALL YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE FOR INFORMATION ON THE PACKAGE.**
OUR RETURN POLICY:
Returns are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of the delivery date. Any return made past the 14 days will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Because Sassy Peacock offers free shipping on order more than $100, return and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please include your invoice in your return. Once orders have been placed they cannot be canceled. Please also note that Sassy Peacock only accepts 5 returns per year per customer!
What can be returned?
Items that are UNWORN & unwashed with TAGS STILL ON.
Items free of perfume, dog hair, deodorant, cigarette smoke.
Items purchased at regular price.
What cannot be returned?
Items have been worn or washed.
Items do not have a tag on.
Items that smell of perfume or cigarette smoke.
Items with dog hair or deodorant
Items purchase during a sale or sale items.
Items purchased with store credit or a discount code.
* Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving.*
If the item is in stock with the size you need, then an exchange can be made. If the item is no longer in stock then Sassy Peacock will issue a store credit!
How do I get store credit?
Store credit will be issued by a Sassy Peacock employee via email. Store credit typically comes in a gift card form and expires after 60 days. Store credit is also FINAL SALE.

If you send back an item that is not eligible for return, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs.
Please fold your items neatly and wrap your items in tissue paper or some sort of package to protect the clothing from damage during shipping. Returns are processed every 3-4 days.
